Avocado and Vegetable Sandwich

"Avocado and Vegetable Sandwich"
Avocado and Vegetable Sandwich is a very easy sandwich made with fresh ingredients.It can be prepared in a jiffy and serves as a healthy snack or breakfast.


Bread slice - 6pcs
Cucumber, sliced - 1 medium
Tomato, sliced - 1 medium
Avocado Dip / Spread - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste


Spread the avocado dip over the slices of bread.  On one slice of bread place the sliced cucumber and tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt and cover with another slice of bread. Cut into triangles and its ready to eat.

Serve fresh.
